COVID pandemic effect on Manpower companies

As we know, the covid-19 pandemic outbreaks have forced all businesses to close, leading to an exotic disruption of the commerce industry sectors. Staffing companies that could not send even 100 workers abroad in the current fiscal year will be renewed, keeping in view the covid-19 pandemic.

As workforce companies are struggling to send workers to foreign countries for employment due to the COVID pandemic, most of the companies failed to send even 100 workers this year. Taking this factor into consideration, a cabinet meeting held a few days ago decided to allow the renewal of those companies until the fiscal year 2021/22.

Entrepreneurs have been demanding the renewal of all workforce companies, stating that foreign employment has come to a standstill due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If the decision had been made to dismiss the workforce due to the non-dispatch of many workers, most of the workers would have been dismissed this year.

However, after the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, the number of people going for foreign employment, the number has dropped dramatically since the pandemic. When about half a million young people went for foreign employment before the pandemic hit the world. According to the current fiscal year, many workers went for foreign employment and many staying abroad for employment have returned home.
